• Spend time this week in prayer or reading Scripture and pay attention to whether your heart feels in tune or out of sorts, using that as a signal of where you are in frequency with Jesus.
• If something or someone has been creating dissonance in your life, bring it honestly to Jesus and ask Him to tune your heart back to His frequency.
• If you own or have been using a sound bowl, look into what is inscribed on it and consider what you were actually inviting when you used it.
• Come to the worship night at Gateway on Wednesday at 6:30 PM down in Raptor J.
• This week, when you notice you are feeling off or out of sorts, instead of just pushing through, stop and ask whether you have drifted out of harmony with Jesus and do whatever it takes to get back in step with Him.

Brian talked about Jesus becoming flesh so that people could not just hear him but actually touch and handle him, the way exhibits in a children's museum are meant to be interacted with rather than kept behind glass. In what ways do you think we treat Jesus more like a museum piece than something we can really get our hands on?
2. The Greek word for 'touch' in 1 John 1:1 carries the idea of rubbing a worry stone smooth through constant handling. What does it look like practically for you to handle Jesus that consistently in your day-to-day life?
3. Brian described sympathetic resonance, where one tuning fork causes a second fork tuned to the same note to begin vibrating on its own. Who in your life has functioned like that for you spiritually, and how did it happen?
4. CJ said he feels like he is somewhere between the stool and the cello, not quite resonating as beautifully as he wants to but no longer just a dull thud either. Where would you place yourself on that spectrum right now, and what do you think is keeping you from resonating more fully?
