• Open your Bible to John 21 and sit with the three times Jesus asks Peter 'do you love me?', letting him speak identity and purpose over you the way he did over Peter.
• The next time the loneliness light starts blinking, pause before you fill the gap with plans or activity and ask Jesus out loud why it is there.
• If you have been avoiding a conversation with Jesus because you think he does not know the full story about you, clear the air with him this week and let him respond.
• Write down what you believe your purpose is, separate from your job title or your abilities, and ask a trusted friend whether what you wrote sounds like you.
• If you felt the Holy Spirit nudging you during the service and left without stopping for prayer, reach out to someone from the Tribe leadership team this week and ask them to pray with you.
