To see all of y'all here today. If you have a Bible with you this morning, would you turn to the book of second John? I give you a moment for that page to load. So glad that you found us here in a bar Good place to look for our tribe fam. Amen. Normally, we have, it's not the healthy that need a doctor, right? That's right. So, normally, we meet at what we call the TMC and seeing a lot of familiar faces. We do two services on Sunday but we thought we'd get the whole family together today and so, here we are 10AM Tribe Service in a bar. I'm so glad that you are here. I wanna let you know about a few unique distinctives of our tribe fam. One of them is that instead of just a monologue from old PB here, What I really welcome from you is a dialogue. With the content that we're going to get into today and where we're going today, I really would like to hear from you. So, I invite and welcome your questions, your comments, and your connections and so, how do you participate in where we're going today? Well, all you need to do is raise your hand and we have a mic in the room. We could probably hear your voice without the mic. But the reason why we use the mic is for our livestream families. So people are always here in Jackson, always traveling hither and thither and when they tune in from wherever they're from, they like to hear your contribution as well. So, whenever the mic is passed around the room, then, we get to hear from you and all of our livestream families get to also engage with what's going on and so, as we get into today, can I ask you for your help? Can we do this together? We do this together? Alright. Don't put this all on me. It's too much pressure. Let's do this together. So, we have been in a series of conversations called a full reward. Next week, we are going to wrap up that series but we have been talking about this idea of a full reward and that comes from second John chapter one verse eight. Would somebody, I know it's just one verse and you can read it from the screen or from your Bible but would somebody please read that passage for us? All you have to do is raise your hand. We'll get the mic to you. Oh, Ella's going to volunteer somebody too. Yeah. There we go. Alright. Watch out that watch out that you do not lose what we have worked so hard to achieve. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward. Okay. We've spent a lot of time camped out in this verse. Watch out. That phrase in the Greek means to to be on your toes, keep your head on a swivel, that you do not lose. As if it could be misplaced. What we, who's the we in that passage? What we have worked so hard to achieve. Who's the we in that passage? The we in the passage is the author of second John, John, and his ministry team. They're working, they're laboring together to bring about the maturity of the gospel in the hearts of the people that they are loving and leading and shepherding. And I like how he's not afraid to to say we. We are working hard. We're working hard. We meet with you. We we lend our shoulder for you to cry on. We encourage you. We champion you. We're sending you encouraging text messages. We get after you when you need it. But we've worked hard to achieve. Be diligent That word diligent in the Greek comes with it this idea of a a watchman on a wall or a jail guard. A jail guard is always vigilant. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward. Now, listen, when you hear that word or phrase, full reward we've talked about this by direct implication from the text, what does it also mean? If it's possible to receive a full reward, then, what are some other possibilities? You can just tell me. A partial reward. Or even. No reward. No reward. Now, some people might think that this verse, this passage would apply to salvation. But there are a lot of indications and clues from the text that tell us, this doesn't have anything at all to do with salvation. When it says that you receive, that word receive is the same word that's used in in the context of a worker receiving a wage from an employer. And so the idea is nobody works forty, fifty, sixty hours a week, gets their paycheck, and says, oh my gosh, what a surprise you paid me. Wow. What a wonderful treat. Nope. They're like, where my money? So, the Protestant Church has done such a great job of swinging the pendulum away from Catholic doctrine that says that a person's salvation can never really be secure and that you have to work for your salvation. The Protestant Church rightly so says, for it is by grace that you have been saved through faith so that no one can boast. But we have worked so hard at preaching a message of salvation by grace that we've kind of missed out on a significant theme of the Bible and that is of reward. So, I wrote this down in my notes. You don't work to be saved. You work because you're saved and that work earns you reward. Well, what kind of work are we to do? Are we to just pick out something that we like, that we define as good? Oh, this is a good work and I'm going to do it. Lord, please look at me and bless me because I'm doing a good work and then if you want to be like the cherry on top is for you. I wanna do a good work for you. Now, I wanna be, I'm, let me be fair because you can tell I'm being a little bit harsh on that. I wanna be fair. We're all human and we all have an innate desire to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, how we want to do it, but the idea of making Jesus the leader of your life is that you've surrendered every part of your life to his leadership. Like I say all the time, he's the boss of your life. And so good works doesn't just mean something that a pet project that you take up or something that you think is a good idea. There's actually for each and every one of you, an assignment that god has for you. Your unique calling. And your calling is as unique as you are. So, reward is based upon how closely your life is aligned with god's plan for your life. Well, where do you get that from, Brian? Well, let's look. Go to Psalms one thirty nine verse 16. The Psalm has says this, you saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. Did you know that in heaven right now, there is a book and written on the spine of the book is your name. And these are the the contents of the book Page one begins on the day you were born. The last page is on the last day that you spend in this earth suit. Whether your blood pump stops working or Jesus returns. And all of the pages in between are the incredible, wonderful, unique, amazing things that he has for you. The book of Ephesians says, for we are god's masterpiece created in his image to do good works. When he says masterpiece, that Greek word is what? Poema. Where we get the English word poem from? Imagine your life as a song. And god takes out his quill pen. I don't know. I figured, I'd imagine he would write with a feather. I, you know, just be the most appropriate thing and he's like, let's see. Let's see. Let's see. Trinity Green. What's your middle name? Jewel. Everybody say, your grandma's name. Grandpa, his first name was Jewel? Trinity Jewel Green. Married name to be filled in later. And he just starts writing. Beautiful calligraphy script. I have this for her and this for her and this for her and then he gets on a roll. Oh, I should give her this gift and these talents and oh, I should make her hair this color and oh, oh, this and and then he steps back and he's like, wow. I've really outdone myself with this one. And then he opens up another book and he says, Alex Hamaya and then he just starts to write and write and write. You'll see that book someday. So, the Bible talks about when Paul when Paul says to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord. We will all stand before a righteous and holy god at judgement. At that judgment, there's one quality and characteristic that he is looking for and that is righteousness and there are two types of righteousness that we can come into his throne room with. One of them is self righteousness and the Bible says that that's about as good as stepping into the presence of the king or a president wearing nothing but filthy, disgusting rags. Self righteousness, all your good acts, all of your good works count for nothing apart from the righteousness that Jesus gives us as a free gift. We step into his presence, clothed in the righteousness of Jesus and he's like, good job and then, we go to what's called the the bema seat and if this feels like, where are you getting all this? You're moving fast. Our tribe fam has been on this journey for several weeks. Now, you can go back and listen and catch up where we've been. But the bema seat of Christ, the bema seat, the judgment seat there is not like a courtroom, but the idea is think of instead of a courtroom, the winner's podium. The winner's podium. You run the race, you break the tape, but it doesn't really sink in until you step up on the award platform and the person puts the gold medal around your neck. The Bema Seed of Christ is where rewards are given that are due to us from the good works that god has planned out for us that he wrote in his book. This book in Psalms one thirty nine is all of the great things that he has planned for you but here's the amazing thing about god is he's given each and everyone of us the gift of free will. We get to choose how closely we follow his plan and calling for our life. And based upon our choices and our actions and what we did with what he has given us, the Bible says in the New Testament that anything in our life that we built out of wood, hay, and straw will be consumed by the flames. But the gold will be refined. Are you with me so far? So, our big takeaway that we've coming, that we've kept coming back to in time and time again is this, every moment matters when forever is your measure. Every moment matters when forever is your measure. This statement could not have come into more sharp focus than the tragic events that happened this week with the murder of Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk was a firebrand for Jesus He loved people so much that he was willing to pay the high price of telling them the truth. And that truth cost him his life. I've had so many people express to me this week that they've been really upset by his death Perhaps, you're sitting in here and you have no idea who I'm speaking of. That's okay. Charlie Kirk was an outspoken young man, 30 years old 31. Thank you. Who love Jesus, who love to engage in public discourse, discourse with people. He had a he had a incredible gift of being able to convey the truths found in this book. And engage with people that have no understanding of this book or the principles or values represented in this book and his his intellect was keen and sharp in his ability to recall is phenomenal. He started an organization at the age of 18 called Turning Point which was an an organization, a student organization aimed at rallying college students to engage with the truths in this book, wrestle with them, conform their lives to them, and then live out their lives in submission to this book. And God's Holy Spirit. He was polarizing He was unpopular by many many people and dearly loved by millions more. I have a I have a hard time sharing about this because I try really, really, really hard not to inject my personal thoughts and opinions. If you want to hear from me what I think, let's just let's let's go meet at the tap room and we can talk and be friends and you can hear me and I love to tell stories and we'll and and we'll just be friends. Your time is too valuable to sit here, to hear my personal thoughts and and opinions. And they're not that great anyways. I mean, my life is mostly full. My brain is mostly full of Beastie Boys lyrics and movie quotes from the nineties. And if you're friends with me, you know. Am I wrong? No. No. But I believe that the that this is important for us to talk about. I don't want to talk about this just because it feels important to me. Does that make sense? I want to talk about it because I feel like god has put it on my heart to talk about it, to dovetail with this series of a full reward and I promise tribe fam, You know where I'm going. Ella knows where I'm going. I promise. We're gonna land the plane of this series next week. Everybody's like, yeah, right. I believe I'll believe it when I see it. We're gonna wrap we're gonna wrap this up next week. So, a lot of people have been really upset, particularly upset by his passing this week and we could we could name like right off the bat some of the the the reasons why this is particularly disturbing. Hundreds and hundreds of college students witness a violent, gruesome crime. That is traumatizing. If you've not seen any of the footage, please don't. Listen to PB. It's not good for your brain and not good for your heart. Don't. Don't. But there are hundreds of students traumatized by what they saw. Millions of young people around America and even around the world including my two kids. We've been on on our ongoing family chat. Surprisingly, both of my children have been like, this, I can't shake this. This is just been so hard. This has hit me so hard. Why? Why? Why? I don't know all of the reasons but I want to share three that have bubbled up in my heart. And I've been doing a lot of talking this morning before I share these three. It should be a good chance to check-in with you. How are you doing? Thoughts or anything? Maybe you're just considering and absorbing, Yeah, yeah, I hear you. Three thoughts that came to my mind about this. Why is this particularly upsetting for many people? I think many people are thinking, wait a minute, this is America. This is my country. We don't assassinate people because we disagree with them. Charlie's murder challenges this foundational core belief that we have. This is America. That doesn't happen. Well, how do you reconcile that belief that we've had with what we've seen happen this week? It rocks a person's worldview and challenges them to the core. Number two, Charlie's murder hits home personally because he was killed for the same biblical values that each of us hold dear. We take it personally. And we think if it happened to Charlie could it happen to me? And that is unsettling and unnerving especially if you're a college student or a young person who has surrendered your life and your mind to the truth of the gospel, living your life in accordance to the gospel and then dare to step out to be bold in your faith for the gospel. Since COVID, we've experienced the rise of cancel culture. Where people have been blocked, shamed, mocked, harassed, deplatformed, all because of views or things that they stand for other people find hurtful, harmful, or they disagree with. I'll tell you what, that old dirty devil is crafty but he's about as dumb as a box of hammers. Because the stated goal of the enemy is to steal and to kill. The enemy really thought that his agenda would be accomplished by silencing Charlie Kirk's voice. It is the biggest failure of cancel culture that I have seen since the emergence of cancel culture. That though his Earth suit may have been cancelled Number one, he still lives. He did all of the dying he was ever going to do when he died to his old nature when he invited Jesus into his heart and made him the leader of his life. So, number one, Charlie Kirk did not die. His Earth suit. Expired. Expired. Was ripped from him. But not only was Charlie Kirk not cancelled but his message is now becoming amplified. Exponentially. It's the biggest failure of cancel culture that I've ever seen. Did they not try to do the same throughout history to all of the martyrs of the faith? Number three, I think this impacts us especially younger generation because we feel the loss of Charlie the same way a soldier feels the loss of their commanding officer or the star quarterback gets injured and is carried off the field and now the team has to to carry on with another quarterback. Well, I don't I don't know about how how you've felt but I've also thought about maybe in some way, was this how the disciples felt for those three days? When they were thunderstruck at the loss of their teacher and their rabbi, their best friend, the one that that saws potential in them, saw something in them, and called it forth that maybe they didn't even see in themselves and loved them and led them and then was poof gone. There's a big void in the hearts of millions of young adults right now. When tragedy strikes, we tend to retreat to the safest place we can think of. For most of us, that's family. Now, our family of godly, our kids are in Arizona and they're in San Diego but our family text has the number of texts that we've traded with one another this week has just like big uptick, talking with one another, drawing close to one another. And I would suggest to you that's why many of you here and some of you whose faces I haven't seen in a while. I'm glad that you're here. Some of you are just visiting. Maybe you're from out of town. Well, a tribe, we like to think of ourselves like Olive Garden. If you're here, you're family. Minus the carpet, the green carpet. We retreat together as family. And today, we gather not just to check a religious box. But I want us to be a family. I want us to process together. I want us to to receive comfort from one another. I want us to be able to be ministers of comfort to one another. And to give and to receive strength for one another. Yeah. And when family gathers, when family gathers, there's always an opportunity and an occasion to share in a meal together. And I thought, last week, as we were going to knowing that we were going to meet here that hey, we should we should celebrate a meal together and then the events with Charlie unfolded and I thought, oh, yes. Lord, what a beautiful way that you have created for us to come together as a family to share in a meal together and that meal is what we know of as Christians as communion. So, would that be alright if we celebrate communion together? Yeah? And that's it for my notes. But we're not done with ministry okay? Could I get a handheld one of these, please? So, the Bible records that on the night that Jesus was betrayed, he met with his disciples in the upper room and during the course of the meal, the Bible says that Jesus took bread and he broke it. He gave it to his disciples and he said, take and eat. For this is my body which has been given to you. Now, the meal that they were celebrating together was not just a about to be crucified farewell dinner. They were celebrating Passover. The nation of Israel had been celebrating this meal for over two thousand years. Deeply ingrained in the lives of the people that were celebrating this meal. But Jesus, like he so often does, flips the script and says, you've celebrated this meal thinking it was about release of from bondage and slavery and it was but I am that willingness. I am the sacrifice. I am going to lay down my life for your freedom. The Bible records that then after the meal, he took another cup. Have you ever thought about what that means? Another cup? Well, during a traditional Passover meal, there were multiple cups that were that people drank from during the course of the meal. He could've took, he could've picked up any cup but the cup that he picked up was the last cup. And the beautiful symbolism in his actions, in his words is lost on us non Jewish Americans. But the cup that he picked up is the cup that a young man would pick up as he proposed to a young woman. And so, how an engagement would go back in Jesus's day is when a young man was ready to propose to a young woman, he would go over to their house for dinner. They would have a nice fancy meal and then, in our culture today, when a young man proposes to a young woman, you know, he asks the father for permission, right, young men? Get that part right. Then, he plans an engagement moment and then, he gets down on one knee and he has the ring and he asks the young woman to marry him. Hopefully, she says yes. It's awkward if not. In Jewish tradition and culture, the way that that moment would happen is a young man would stand up with a cup and he would pronounce his wedding vows right there at the dinner table. And then he would offer her the cup. And if she received the cup, that was her way of saying yes to his proposal. There would be great celebration and laughter and tears of happiness and joy and then the young man would leave that dinner and he would go away and start working on building a home or building an addition onto the family's home and he would work on it, take him about a year or so. And then the father would inspect the young man's home and say, it looks really good. Good job, son. Go claim your bride. And the young man would hold up his drink at that dinner and he would look into the eyes of his fiance and he'd say, I'll not drink again of this fruit of the vine until I drink it anew with you on our wedding day. So, when Jesus picks up this cup and he says, a new covenant I make with you that is confirmed or ratified by the shedding of my life's blood. He says, take and drink I'll not drink again of this fruit of the vine until I drink it anew with you in my kingdom. Behold, the cup of salvation, the cup of redemption, the cup of eternal life, the cup of the lord. God, I ask that right now, you would perform a miracle that you would take these simple common elements and you would transform them into a sacrament which is simply a means of grace where we can touch you by faith. And that as we partake of this meal together, you would bind up our broken and bleeding and fearful hearts that you would bind us together with each other, you would bind us together with your Holy Spirit, that you would release healing and comfort and confidence. And that you would fill us with your holy spirit We pray these things in Jesus name. I just saw this picture in my mind's eye while I was praying of of a plane soaring through the air. We all understand and know the principle of gravity pulls things down but planes operate according to a higher law of physics. Gravity still working on planes but the shape of the wing is what creates lift and the the law of aerodynamics supersedes and is a higher law than the law of gravity. In the same way, the spirit of life in Christ is a higher transcendent law that we can live according to. And my prayer for you is that as we partake of this meal together that we would experience that transcendent law, the spirit of life in Christ. So, here's how we do communion at Tribe. Not yet but in just a moment, I'll invite you forward in like a crowded living room. It'll require a little bit of shuffling around but it's okay. Here at Tribe, the way that we partake of communion is to receive the bread. I'll place the bread in your hand and then you step to the side and we take the bread and dip it into the cup and then you can partake and then work your way back to your seat. Now, if this were my meal, I would invite all y'all. You know me. I love us all to be together and do everything together. This is not my meal. So, so, it's not according to my rules. This meal is an exclusive meal. This is the meal of Jesus and here's who Jesus says is invited to this meal. Anyone who calls upon the name of the lord to be saved. In Jesus is the leader of your life. This meal is for you. There are two people, not individuals, that are excluded from this meal. One of them is for the person that is not invited Jesus into your heart. This meal is is not for you. According to Jesus's invitation, the other person that is not invited to this meal is the person that has offense in their heart or unconfessed sin in their heart. Unbalanced books with the lord. You are not invited to this meal. But do you want to hear some good news? The good news is you can take care of both of those things before you ever step up here. If you haven't invited Jesus into your heart, you can do that. You can make him the leader of your life. All you have to do is just say, lord, I know that I've messed up and I've blown it. Please forgive me. And he's like, I got you. If there's unconfessed sin, if there is anger, bitterness in your heart, or or or unsettled business, The Bible says that if you take of communion without taking care of business between you and the lord, you're actually taking upon judgement on yourself. Nobody wants that. And so, all you have to do is just get right with the lord. Lord, please forgive me and the Bible says that that if we confess our sin, he's faithful and just, he'll forgive us of all of our sin and purify us from all unrighteousness. So good. So, to serve communion today, I'm going to invite my friend, Alex, to serve communion with me. Most of y'all don't know him. When we talk about our Oklahoma days, Alex is the pastor that I served under. Any good jokes that he tells or about me. I'm going to I'm going to invite him in just a moment to come forward and serve communion with us. It's an it's a it's an honor for me. It's an honor for us at Tribe and and really it's a blessing for you to have him join me in ministering to and loving on y'all, okay? So, really exciting to be a part of this service. It's our first time to come. Meredith has been done ministry with the ladies here before. When the lord told us to move houses in Tulsa, he he told me which house. I used to drive by it and and pray and and Mary said, you're stalking that house. And and we negotiated. I negotiated that house for eighteen months the lord was waiting and then the realtor called and said, hey, this is what we wanna set the price of your current house for and I said, it's not enough. We can't afford the other house if we don't sell this house for more and and she said, well, you're going to be a unicorn if you sell this house for more. I said, well, just if the lord, if the lord's in it, lord's in it. If the lord's not in it, lord's not in it and there's a bit of discouragement and I got off the phone and Meredith and I were actually on a ski lift together when I took that phone call. We, I said, let's just pray and and god's in control and if he wants us to have that house like I believe he's told me he wants us to have that house. He'll work it out. So, we prayed and I said, let's just pray crazy prayers. Like, let's just pray that the lord would bring a full offer and while we're at it, let's just pray that the lord would give us friends and and would bring us people that we could do ministry with and that he would connect us together. And and we said, amen and just said, god, if you're in this, do this and and Brian and Lisa bought our house. And they paid full price. Cash. I countered when the realtor said we got a full offer. I said, we should counter. And she said, that's not how it works. I said, raise the price. And then god put them in our lives and he answered those prayers and we became partners in ministry and whatever little part of influence we've gotten to be a part and try by being an influence in their lives all those years. We just rejoice. And and god sends people. Haven't been in the same church for twenty three years. There there are people that come for seasons and and then he moves them on to go do something else somewhere else and and yet we're still family. I have been troubled all week and and because I I I met Charlie on a couple of occasions and and but the trouble is bigger than that. And and the trouble is I'm trying to minister to people on all sides of all equations. And and I'm very aware that the enemy can take any little thing I say and create an offense between me and that person which may burn a bridge for me to try to lead them to to Christ and so there's this sensitivity that I I feel as a pastor of the gospel of I I I wanna take people all the way across the bridge and this morning when I sat right there in that chair, he really spoke a word to my heart as I looked at this painting or picture or photograph, whatever that is. This is the battle for dominance. And and the lord spoke in my heart that the reason you've been discouraged this week is because you're confused of the battle for dominance, Alex. You you think this is a battle between me and the enemy. It's not a battle between me and the enemy. I spoke him into existence. He's no match for me. The battle is between you all and that enemy and you sacrificing and and and you surrendering to allow me to fight the battle. In the story of David and Goliath, we all wanna be David but we're not David. We're Saul. In that story. David is Jesus and he can take care of the enemy. And in this battle for dominance in the world, we we have great peace when we remember. This is not a battle between our lord and and our enemy. He will take care of that enemy. Fully and finally, one day and and so I just want to encourage you with those words today. I love your pastor and and his wife and their children and and I'm thankful for what god is doing in Jackson Hole. Could I just pray a blessing over you? Father, we just today thank you for the worship time together today. Our hearts are soft and sensitive to the presence of the Holy Spirit in this room today. And we do receive you. And as we sang earlier, Holy Spirit, you're all we want. We confess that's not always true, but you are all we need. And so today, as we gather as the body of Christ here in Jackson Hole, many from Tulsa. We we pray that you've been glorified. You've been lifted up. You've been made much of. And as we receive the body and the blood, we thank you for the forgiveness that came through your blood. We thank you for the healing that came through the stripes on your back, Jesus. May we walk in it. As John says in the passage we study today in truth and in love. Under the banner of Jesus Christ. I pray your blessing on Tribe Church today. May their influence increase. May their reach multiply. And may the word go forth. In Jackson. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Tonight or this morning. Not tonight. I don't know what I'm saying. I've noticed this theme coming from both of you guys that this is a family, right? We're the body of Christ. We're a family together. And I got this picture in my head praying over what the Lord would have to share with you guys. And I was reminded that in my family growing up, my parents really didn't buy us a lot of things but instead, they gave us funds to then buy things and I got to talk to a friend about this earlier in the week and the reason for that is because then, we, as kids, would take ownership over the things we buy. Because if if they just got it for us, there was a good chance we were going to destroy it, not take that good care of it but if they were like, okay, here's this hard earned money that I've earned which like I was eight. So, it's not really like I've earned it, right? And they've provided those funds to us and when we give them back, we take ownership over it and as we talk about this reward and these works, god provides us the funds. None of this is stuff that we can do in our own strength. He is the provider. And he also doesn't need our money to do the work of the ministry but instead, he invites us in so that we can take ownership over the work that he is doing. So, we can partner with him with what he's doing in this valley and in the church as a whole. And when I think about that, it it changes my mind every time when it comes to this stuff. That as we give our money, it is this beautiful invitation to just say, yes, lord. I I want in on what you're doing. Sign me up. And we talk a lot about the difference between the tithe and the offering. That 10% that were obligated to give and then above and beyond that, whatever he would have us give and that part becomes exciting when it comes to joining in on what he's doing. We get to say, lord, it's all yours. Take it. Use it. Sign me up. I want to be a part of furthering your kingdom. So, as we pray about over the tithe and the offering today, just be thinking about that and what the lord might stir up in your heart. Bow your heads and pray with me. Father god, all that we have is yours. And what a blessing it is that you are so involved in our lives, that you are so deeply long for intimacy and you know us so well. God, that you invite us to partner with you. That you could do it all by yourself but instead, you know that when we partner with you, it brings that deeper level of relationship with you that you long for so desperately. So, we say it's all yours, god and we want more of you and in obedience we lay our finances before you, god, and we ask you to use them, multiply them, god, to further your kingdom. You're so grateful that you are faithful to show up when we ask you to. We pray this in Jesus name. Everybody said, amen. We don't pass buckets here at Tribe. We've got a little lockbox though by the swinging saloon doors. It's amazing that I get to say that again because it's been a while. We missed it. We missed it. Absolutely. All you have to do is type give and then a dollar amount and if it's your first time, it'll ask you to do a little setup but after that, it's as easy as texting a friend. Couple announcements. Next week, we'll be back home at the TMC. I just think it's so awesome that we get to be back here after spending so much time here over the past year and a half. Just special to have everybody all together under one roof but we'll have two services, nine and eleven. And then we are getting super super close to our Wind River Missions Trip coming up October second through fourth. If you haven't signed up, I totally encourage you to do that. I guarantee you will change your life. It's just a couple hours easy here. Poorest county in the state. One of the poorest in the country. And to see how they live and to partner with the church that is reaching an entire people group of unreached people. They're so lost and in need of Jesus. It is just amazing to be a part of that kind of radical work that we don't get to see as often here in a blessed county like this. And then we were talking the last couple weeks about having IDF soldiers out here to get to love on them, do a special offering for them. I won't say too much because Gretchen's going to give us the full lowdown next week but it was a huge hit and I know because I got to spend some time with them that they left filled up. So, thank you to all who gave to that because you guys are the reason that that was able to go the way it did. Brian, you want to come up and praise him? Alright. Let's stand up. Would that be alright if I prayed for you? Lord Jesus, thank you so much for being so good to us. Thank you for your goodness visibly and practically demonstrated to our lives each and every day. It is easy for our lips to say, we love you. We love you. Thank you for bringing us together. Lord Jesus, I command a blessing over each and every person here today. God, give us a great week. Help us to enjoy this beautiful fall weather. Give us safe travels on our journey back home or wherever we're going next.
