1. Brian talked about the difference between working to be saved and working because you are saved. How has your own thinking lined up with one side or the other of that, and what has shaped it?
2. Amanda said that getting to a place of obedience really comes down to trust, and that trust builds over time through relationship with the Lord. Where are you in that process right now, and what has either built or eroded your trust in him?
3. Lanisha connected this whole conversation to intimacy, saying we obey not mindlessly but because we want to be close to God. What does that kind of closeness actually look like in your day to day life, or what gets in the way of it?
4. The video made the point that you will not be judged by what you did but by what you were called to do. What do you think you have been called to, and how honest are you being with yourself about whether you are actually doing it?
5. Brian said obedience is how you trade what you cannot keep for what you cannot lose. What is something you are currently holding onto that might need to be laid down, and what makes that hard?
