1. Brian said you can't work for salvation, but your work determines your reward. How does that land with you, and how does it change the way you think about the everyday things you do?
2. The sermon described identity, calling, and gifting as three separate things that people often mix up. How would you describe your own identity, calling, and gifting, and where do you feel the most confusion between them?
3. Lissa described the Christian life as a partner dance where God leads, and said that staying close to him through obedience is itself the calling. Where in your life right now does that feel easy, and where does it feel like you keep trying to take the lead?
4. Brian shared a time when he was teaching something true from the Bible but it was not what God had for him in that moment, and he called it wood, hay, and straw. Can you think of a season where you were doing something good but looking back it may not have been your assignment?
