What does Tribe teach about charlie kirk death?

Drawn from the message where it was actually addressed: the words said from the front, the passages taught, and where to hear the whole thing.

At Tribe, the teaching on Charlie Kirk's murder grew out of the 'Full Reward' series Brian was already preaching through. He was clear that he tries hard not to use the pulpit for personal opinions, but he felt God had put Kirk's death on his heart specifically because it connected to what the series was already saying about calling, courage, and the cost of living out what God has written for a person's life.

Brian named three reasons he believes the death has hit so many people so hard. First, it shakes a foundational belief that Americans are not assassinated for their views. Second, Kirk was killed for holding the same biblical values many people in the room hold, which raises an unsettling question about what boldness about faith might cost anyone. Third, especially for younger people, losing a voice like his carries the weight of a soldier losing a commanding officer in the middle of a fight.

He connected the murder to the enemy's stated goal of stealing and killing, and the specific aim of silencing. The teaching held that up against the series' larger point: every person has a God-authored calling, and what they build toward that calling will one day be tested. Kirk's death, in that frame, was not the end the enemy intended. The service closed with communion shared together, which Tribe has done before in the bar where they meet.
