What does Tribe teach about conviction vs condemnation?

At Tribe, the teaching on conviction versus condemnation starts with a clear distinction between two very different voices. Amanda Luck, preaching the third week of the Walking in the Spirit series, put it plainly: "The voice of conviction says, that's not for you. Condemnation says, you are worthless." One voice is meant to redirect; the other is meant to destroy. Knowing the difference matters, because you cannot walk well in the spirit if you cannot tell which one you are hearing.
The teaching does not let the flesh off lightly, but it also does not leave people crushed under it. Amanda pointed to Paul's own honesty in Romans 7, where he admits he does what he hates, as evidence that naming sin is not the same as being ruined by it. Walking in the flesh is the default, she said. It requires no effort at all. But the answer to that is not shame. It is attention to what is actually growing in your life, and a return to abiding in the spirit, because that is where real change comes from.
The weight of the teaching lands on what is at stake. Amanda said, "Jesus paid too high of a price for us to choose to continue to live in the flesh." That is not condemnation. It is a call to take seriously what has already been done on our behalf, and to let that be the reason we turn toward the spirit rather than away from it.
