  1. 1:56 Alright. Pray with me before we keep singing. Holy Spirit, would you come? And would you fill this place to overflowing? Would you pour out your spirit this morning on us? Character Before Calling
  2. 13:16 Jenny, I just feel like it's Jenny, right? Back there? Yeah. I just feel like the Lord is just yeah. Just while we were singing that, I just looked up and I saw you and I felt like the Lord just say, he hears that heart cry. Character Before Calling
  3. 25:07 Correct. That was great. If you're taking notes this morning, at the top of your notes, you can write the title of the conversation that we're gonna have this morning. You have no equal, no rival. Huxley was like, oh, that's why she was singing that over and over and over. No One Like You
  4. 46:07 We always make room to worship the Lord in three different ways. We worship the Lord through song, by singing out loud, which, man, you guys were such great singer out louders. We worship the Lord by honoring and which we've done today. And the last way that we worship the Lord is by bringing a portion of our finances to him through our tithes and offerings. And it's a way of telling him two things. You're Not Being Inclusive, Jesus.
  5. 49:18 Attitude of worship. We'll stay here just a few more minutes, but I just wanted to to come up here as we close our service and say we've worshiped the Lord in so many we can worship God in so many ways. We worshiped him tonight by coming and showing up and giving up our evening and spending time here, singing and looking through his word and contemplating and thinking about what Brian said. Another way we worship is by giving our tithe and our offering. And if tribe is your church, awesome. The Lord's Good Plan
  6. 17:45 Lord, we believe that that you have more for us. As we were singing that, I just see this picture in my mind of someone who there's something that's in their life that's died, either physical death or a marriage or something that has died. It's died, it's dead, and it's buried. And I just saw this picture of someone running back to that situation and standing over the grave and saying, but what if I had or I wished I had and there's just still regret just ruminating over that and there's nothing that can be done because that thing is done. It's in the past. Work Smarter Not Harder Week 6: The Baker and The Battle Cry
  7. 1:36:11 But Lord, we just love you so much. Thank you that we worship you today with song, with singing, with heart surrender, with scripture searching, with conversation, and we're worshiping you one more time before we leave and go about our day by bringing our tithe and above and beyond that our offering to you to just say thank you for who you are. And then thank you that it just it does the local practical work of the ministry. There's so many things that just take money, and that's what the church has the privilege of doing is being your hands and feet. And the whole point is bringing people to you, drawing people closer to you. Work Smarter Not Harder Week 6: The Baker and The Battle Cry
  8. 1:50:34 Well, as Brian was saying, tribe has changed over the years. Been in different buildings and parks and bars and all sorts of things, But three things have always stayed the same, and that's that we worship the Lord in three separate but equal ways with worship and singing songs that glorify him and coming together as a community through the reading, listening, and teaching of his word from our very own pastor Brian and sometimes others that drop in. And the last way that we do that is through our tithes and offerings. It was through the people of tribes, tithes, and offerings that we were even able to purchase the TMC in the first place. And so just being in this room is a testament to that and that faithfulness of the people in this room. Stay in the Shade
