What does Tribe teach about conviction vs condemnation?

At Tribe, the teaching on conviction versus condemnation starts with a clear distinction between two very different voices. Amanda Luck, preaching during the Walking in the Spirit series, drew a sharp line: "The voice of conviction says, that's not for you. Condemnation says, you are worthless." Conviction names a specific thing and points you toward something better. Condemnation attacks who you are. Knowing the difference matters because one voice is meant to help you walk in the spirit, and the other is not from God at all.
Amanda was also honest about how easy it is to stay stuck. Paul himself, she noted, admits in Romans 7 that he does what he hates. That kind of confession is not failure to hide but a real description of life in the flesh, which she described as the default setting requiring zero effort. The goal is not to shame people for struggling but to help them see what is actually happening so they can respond to conviction rather than collapse under condemnation.
The weight behind all of this, Amanda said, is what Jesus paid. "Jesus paid too high of a price for us to choose to continue to live in the flesh." That is not a guilt trip so much as a reorientation: conviction calls you back toward something worth returning to, and condemnation keeps you focused on yourself, which she identified as the enemy's oldest trick across all of history.
