What emerged from that study was a picture of the return of Christ as a royal procession, accompanied by physical signs in the earth, the healing of the blind and lame, and a display of God's splendor that holds both wrath and mercy at the same time. Brian pointed to specific details in those texts that have not yet been fulfilled in history as evidence that both passages point forward to the second coming. He also put a map on screen and walked through Benjamin Netanyahu's announced high-speed rail project connecting northern Israel to Eilat, noting how that proposed corridor through the desert lines up with what Isaiah 35 calls the highway of holiness. His point was not to set dates. As he put it, "No man knows the day or the hour, but Jesus commands us to know the season in which he returns."
The practical landing point of the teaching was not a prediction but a posture. Brian says, "Clarity comes through worship." The more complex and disorienting the world becomes, the more the congregation is called into worship as the place where genuine clarity about the times is received. That is what Tribe teaches as the foundation for engaging end times prophecy without fear or confusion.
