What does Tribe teach about salvation prayer?

At Tribe, the teaching on salvation prayer starts from a simple conviction: the door is open to anyone, regardless of what they carry walking in. Brian Hunter has taught this from both the Passover account in Exodus 12 and from the Christmas story, and in both cases the emphasis lands in the same place. Deliverance has never depended on the moral condition of the person receiving it, only on what God has already done. Brian says, "It doesn't matter what you've done. It doesn't matter where you've been. Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." That promise, drawn from Romans 10:13, is the floor the invitation stands on.
Brian has also named the things that keep people from crossing that threshold. Someone might write over the door frame of their heart that they are too far gone, or they might assume that a life that looks functional from the outside does not need anything. The Easter message from Exodus 12 pressed on both of those hesitations. The blood on the door frame of Israel's homes said nothing about the people inside. The animal chosen had to be without defect precisely because the people were not. Isaiah 53, written centuries before the cross, described a figure who would carry what the people could not carry themselves. That is the logic behind the prayer: not that a person has earned access, but that the price has been paid and the invitation is real.
At Christmas, Brian described how simple the step actually is, calling it almost a crime how easy it is to receive what cost so much to give. What Tribe teaches is that the prayer is not a performance or a transaction requiring the right moral résumé. It is a response to something already finished, an acknowledgment that Jesus lived without sin, died in the place of sinners, and rose again, and a decision to receive that as a personal gift rather than a historical fact about someone else.
