What does Tribe teach about resurrection?

At Tribe, the teaching on resurrection starts with a distinction that reshapes how the whole subject feels. Brian Hunter draws from 1 Corinthians 15 and the Feast of First Fruits to show that the resurrection of Jesus is not a standalone miracle but the first of a coming harvest. Jesus is the first fruits, the very best of the spring harvest presented to the Father before anyone else can receive what his rising makes possible. He is the first to be raised with a body that never dies again, not resuscitated back into the same form like Lazarus was, but genuinely transformed into something new. That order matters: Christ first, then all who belong to Christ when he returns.
Brian also works through what that future resurrection body is actually like, using Paul's seed analogy from 1 Corinthians 15. What goes into the ground and what comes out are the same thing in origin but different in form, the way a bulb and a rose are related but look nothing alike. The post-resurrection appearances of Jesus in Luke 24 fill in the picture: he was physically tangible, he ate broiled fish, and yet he moved through locked rooms and went unrecognized on the road to Emmaus. The resurrected body is continuous with this one but no longer constrained by the physics that govern it. For those who die before Jesus returns, the trumpet call raises them first; for those still living, the change happens in a moment.
The pastoral weight of all of it lands on the present. Brian uses the image of a Plinko chip still bouncing toward its final slot to address anyone whose life feels transient, unsettled, or hard to read right now. The encouragement is not that the bounces become smooth but that the final destination is fixed for anyone whose life belongs to Jesus. Brian says, "The resurrection of Jesus gives us great confidence that nothing less than total victory is our destiny."
